Jery is operated by Jery, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we," "us," or "our"). We provide a bar-management platform for hospitality teams, covering inventory, recipes, costing, menus, and AI-powered forecasting. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Jery.

Jery, Inc. is the data controller responsible for your personal data. Jery is currently offered in a private beta. Jery is organized into workspaces, and content you create or upload may be visible to other members of your workspace.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information — Name, email address, and password when you create an account
  • Workspace & Profile Information — Workspace details, team membership, and optional profile information you choose to provide
  • Billing Information — If and when we introduce paid plans, billing details and payment card data will be collected and processed by our payment provider. We do not charge for the service during the private beta.
  • Communications — Messages, support requests, and feedback you send to us
  • User Content — Content you create or upload, such as recipes, inventory data, menus, and uploaded files and images

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information — Device type, operating system, browser type, and unique device identifiers
  • Usage Data — Pages visited, features used, actions taken, and time spent on the service
  • IP Address — Your Internet Protocol address for security and analytics
  • Cookies — Essential authentication and security cookies, and analytics cookies (see Section 12)
  • Error Reports — Technical error information to help us diagnose and improve the service

3. How We Use Your Information
